This Privacy Policy explains how OutThinking Electronics Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with our mobile applications and related services (the "App"). We are committed to privacy by design and data minimization. We built our Apps to work without collecting or retaining your personal data.

The short version: We do not store your personal data, photos, or biometric/face data on our servers. Anything the App processes is handled on your device or transiently, and is not retained, sold, or shared.

1. Information We Do Not Collect or Store

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect or store on our servers your name, email address, contact list, precise location, photos, videos, or facial/biometric data. We have no database of user-identifying personal information.

2. On-Device & Transient Processing

Photos & media: If a feature lets you select or capture a photo or video, that content is processed to provide the feature you requested. Processing happens on your device or transiently in memory and the content is not stored on our servers after the result is returned to you.
Face / biometric data: If a feature detects or works with faces in an image you provide, this is used solely to deliver that feature (for example, to align, enhance, or generate an image). We do not use it to identify you, do not build a faceprint or biometric template, do not link it to your identity, and do not store, sell, or share it. Such data is discarded immediately after processing.
Apple Face ID / Touch ID: If the App uses Face ID or Touch ID for authentication, that biometric data is managed entirely by Apple's operating system and the device's Secure Enclave. We never see, receive, or store it; we only receive a success/failure result from iOS.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple may share with us limited, non-identifying transaction information (such as whether a subscription is active) so the App can unlock features. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Diagnostics & Analytics

We may use industry-standard, privacy-respecting analytics and crash-reporting tools (for example, Apple-provided analytics or services such as Google Firebase) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage and to fix bugs. Where used, these collect technical, non-identifying information such as app version, device model, OS version, and anonymized event counts. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can disable sharing of diagnostics with us in your device's privacy settings.

5. Third-Party Services

The App relies on Apple's App Store and may use third-party platforms for analytics, crash reporting, or content delivery. These providers process limited technical data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share data for third-party advertising.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will address it.

7. Data Security

Because we minimize the data we handle and do not retain personal data on our servers, the risk to your information is inherently low. Any data transmitted for processing is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is not persisted after the request completes.

8. Data Retention

We do not retain your personal data, photos, or face data. Content sent for transient processing is deleted immediately after the result is returned. Anonymous, aggregated analytics may be retained for a limited period to improve the App.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal data. Because we do not store personal data about you, in most cases there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete. You can still contact us with any request and we will respond as required by law. We do not sell or share personal data.

10. International Users

The App may be used worldwide. Any transient processing may occur on servers located in jurisdictions that may differ from yours; we apply the same data-minimization principles regardless of location.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
